Each of the exercises can be done sperately and you can find a combination that works and feels the best for you.

The following workout routines are just an example of how you should organize your exercises schedule.

Beginners 10 minutes workout: 
Warm Up – 1 min
Wet Jelq - 3 min
Dry Milking - 3 min
Basic PC or Kegels Flex - 3 min
Warm Down – 1 min

Beginners 25 minutes workout: 
Warm Up - 3 min
Wet Jelq - 8 min
Dry Milking - 4 min
Basic PC or Kegels Flex - 5 min
Warm Down - 3 min

 

Intermediate 10 minutes workout: 
Warm Up – 1 min
Wet Jelq - 2 min
Dry Milking - 2 min
PC Clamps - 2 min
PC Long Slow Squeeze – 2 min
Warm Down – 1 min

Intermediate 25 minutes workout: 
Warm Up - 3 min
Wet Jelq - 7 min
Dry Milking - 4 min
PC Clamps - 4 min
PC Long Slow Squeeze - 4 min
Warm Down - 3 min

 

Advanced 10 minutes workout: 
Warm Up – 1 min
Wet Jelq - 2 min
Combined Kegels - 4 min

Advanced 25 minutes workout:

Stopping Process
When stopping your penis enlargement program (presumably upon achieving your desried results) we recommend doing so in the following fashion in order to secure and maintain the gains you have gained.

Week 1: On the first week following stopping your penis enlargement program you should cut down the amount of repetitions and time spent on each exercise by approximately half. For instance if in your main routine you spend 4 minutes Needling you should reduce that amount fo a total of 2 minutes per day. Make such reductions across the entire penis enlargement routine.

Week 2: Continue to step down the amount of repetitions and time spent on each exercise you perform within your routine. At this point in time you should be spending no more then 7 minutes per day on your entire routine. Make the necessary reductions to achieve this.

Week 3: Once you have reached the third week of the process you should stop performing all exercises within your routine and only perform the basic Jelq. You should do this for a total of 10 minutes daily, each day of the week, for a total of 7 days. The 10 minutes should be performed all at once without stopping.

Finally, although you have now officially completed the penis enlargement process, and all gains made throughout the process should remain as permanent gains, for your own health we recommend that you periodically perform both the Jelq and the Kegels exercises. This will help to note only maintain an adequate flow of blood in the penis but also to keep your PC muscle in shape. Whilst the continuation of these exercises is not necessary to maintain gains they are recommended.
