<p><strong><u>Measuring the Flaccid Length</u></strong></p>
<p>It is particularly hard to accurartely measure flaccid length and girth of the penis for a number of reasons. <p><strong><u>Measuring the Erect Length</u></strong></p>
<p>As with any measurement practice it is imperative that variations in the measuring method or pattern do not take place. Such variations may cause any results to be irrelevant. In order to measure the length of your penis when erect accurately hold your penis with one hand while taking a ruler in the other. Place one end of the ruler (i.e. the end starting with 0) slightly against your pubic bone (without too much pressure) and measure outwards. Once you have obtained a complete erectin and you feel you have reached the maximum amut of blood within your penis create an ok symbol with your fingers and place pressure around the base of the penis, preventing the blood from flowing outwards.<br />Continue by moving your penis in opposing directions from left to right, up to down which will further enlarge the penis by allowing absolute and maximum blood into the penis.<br />This is an advanced technique. Once you have this lubricatinon generously apply it to both palms and to the penis itself. You should then masturbate yourself until you obtain a semi-erection. You should maintain this semi-erection throughout the entirity of the process. If you find yourself getting further aroused beyond a semi-erection throughout the technique simply stop and wait until it subsides.</p>
<p>Once you have obtain a semi-erection form an ok symbol with yur thumb and one of your fingers. Place the hand around the base of the shaft of the penis as close to the pubic bone as possible. Firmly grasp the penis with the fingers and slowly move your hand towards the end of your penis. Throughout the process you should notice that the flow of blood pushed towards the head of your penis expands it to a visible degree.</p>
<p>When you reach the end of your penis with the stroke, you should take your opposing hand and place it in the starting position at the base of the penis and repeat the stroke. It is imperative that in the change over you do not release any pressure, and allow the blood to flow away from the head or out of the penis. You should perform this repetition in a fashion which is often referred to as &#8216;milking&#8217;. </p>
<p>The jelq is often viewed as the most fundamental of all penis enlargement exercises. As such it should form a fundamental base to your penis enlargement exercise program. When initially starting out, you should perform the standard Jelq for no more then 10 minutes daily. On the second week of your exercise routine this can be increased to 20 minutes daily. From your third week onwards you should perform it for 30 minutes daily, or to the maximum amount you feel physically comfortable doing.</p>

Once you have obtaind a complete erection flex the PC muscle a total of 20 times in order to obtain as greater erection as is possible. Then proceed by holding and squeezing the PC muscle for a duration of time necessary for it to reduce the erection to that of a partial. To proceed grab some form of lubrication and apply it generously to both palms and to the penis itself. Then take your thumb and one of your fingers and form the ok symbol. Take this hand and continue by performing approximately 20 repetitions of the Standard Jelq.</p>
<p>You are now ready to proceed with the Jelq and Hold. To begin take the same ok symbol that you have formed with your thumb and one of your fingers and place at the base of your penis. Form a firm grip and stroke towards the head of your penis. Once reaching the head of the penis, unlike the Standard Jelq, hold the position for approximately 15 seconds, whilst taking your opposing hand and repeating the process. Continue to perform this action in a process often referred to as milking. You should perform this technique for as long as time or physical comfort allows you.</p>

<p><strong><u>Dry Milking</u></strong><br />

It is important not to have a fully erect nor a fully flaccid penis when performing this technique. As such masturbate yourself until you are at approximately 50 per cent erection and then continue to proceed.</p>
<p>Once you have achieved a semi-erection form the ok symbol with your thumb and one of your fingers and place them around the base of your penis. Coninute by moving your hand, while maintaining an appropriately firm grip, towards the middle of your penis. Once you reach mid-way on your penis slide the fingers back to the base of the penis and continue this repeteation mulitple times until you feel you have sufficiently worked out that section of the penis.</p>
<p>Upon reaching such a level continue by moving the starting position of your fingers from the base of the penis towards the middle of the penis. Then proceed by stroking the penis towards the end. As with before do so until you feel you have sufficiently worked out that portion of your penis. </p>
<p>Throughout the process it is typical that the technique will result in further arousal and the penis may seem to want to become fully erect. It is important to keep your mind off this and by all means discourage the penis from becomiming fully erect. If it does become such, it is advisable to stop until it returns to a semi-erect state in order to avoid damaging any tissue within the penis.</p>
<p>Once you have become comfortable performing the technique in this way you can advance towards a variation of this technique. Lay your body no the bed with your knees bent and apart. Perform the technique as above but this time reach further inside the pubic bone to grab the penis (where possible) from within the body and pull the penis (in the same overall fashion) towards each opposing leg on ech stroke. This is commonly referred to as working the root of the penis.</p>

You should perform this exercise through simply squeezing and releasing your PC muscle in quick intervals. Whilst your physical capability may be limited in the beginning you should ideally aim for approximately 300 PC clamps per day, or as many as you feel physically comfortable with, in sets of upto 100.</p>
<p>This exercise is one of the few exercises in which you should notice almost immediate results. Due to the speed at which the PC muscle recovers (usually within a day or two) you will find your erections improving almost immediately.</p>

<p><strong><u>Long Slow Squeeze</u></strong><br />
When you first start out with the Long Slow Squeeze you should, as a general guide, do so in sets of approximately 30. Do conduct each Long Slow Squeeze proceed by flexing the PC muscle as deep as you possibly can. As the name suggests hold this positio for as long as you are capable, and when you feel you have reached your physical limit hold for a further count of 20 before letting go. Repeat this 5 times with a rest of 30 seconds between each repetition.</p>

As you get to this stage in your workout program you should ideally include this exercise in your program with approximately 10 sets that consist of holds of around 2 minutes each.</p>

Penis girth is often considered more important then length by men and women alike. As such, in addition to already included girth related exercises included on this site, particulrly the Jelq and Kegel methods, we have included an additional exercise to add to your routine directed primarily at increasing girth. The exercise, referred to as the Horizonatl Movement  is a well known technique that not only facilitates growth in the girth of your penis but also has the added benefit of increasing the control you exercise over your ejaculation.</p>
<p>To begin the exercise you will require some form of lubicration. Once you have such, apply the said lubrication to both hands in generous amounts and to the penis itself. Once this has been done it is necessary to increas the current blood flow to your penis, in order to achieve this do the necessary in order to obtain a semi-erection. When at semi-erection place one hand, with your fingers forming an ok sign, at the base of your penis and the other hand in the same fashion at the head of your penis. Placing pressure on the penis from both slowly stroke downwards towards the base of your penis with the top hand. </p>
<p>As you reach the base of the penis and your other hand, move the stroke again towards the head of the penis. This process of stroking the penis up and down through its entirity should take approximately 2-3 seconds. Throughout the process you should feel the blood located within the spongy tissue of the penis (i.e. the part of the penis that expands on erection) flowing towards the head. This means you are performing the technique correctly.</p>
<p> This technique should be included in your routine on a weekly or daily basis (depending on its importance to you and your goals). When performing the said exercise do so for as many repetitions as either time or your physical condition allows.</p>

<p>In order to begin the exercise lubrication will be required. Once you have lubrication apply it in generous amounts to the head of your penis. Once you have done such take a seated position that is comfortable for you. When in such a position slowly masturbate your penis to an erect state.</p>
<p>Once you have obtained a full erection, take and wrap your left hand around the base of the penis gradually increasing the power with which you a gripping the penis, up until it is firmly held.
